VbivianeDr Shikara is an excellent Doctor. really care for his patients but now his staff in Jupiter is terrible.
Never got to see the doctor because, though I was ON TIME for my appt I was late for my time to fill out paperwork..WHAT A JOKE hope I will not have to go back to this office. Would not recommend this office if this is their rule. The attitutude girl behind the window didn't even care to see if I could fill out the paperwork quickly, though AGAIN I WAS ON TIME for my appt, actually 15 minutes early!!
Dr seemed to be in a rush and didn't seem to care about my needs and concerns, Next! He was covering for another Dr.
The staff here are terrible, the doctors not much better. Do not rely on them to do anything you ask. They reschedule appointments on the day you are due in, they do not send test results as requested, they treat you as if you are disturbing their day. Their patient portal is just not updated and so is useless. Really have nothing good to say about them, a terrible experience throughout. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUNCH FOR YOUR MEDICAL CARE!
