We contacted MAZI after our ceramic kitchen sink cracked in less than 12 months, despite us being extremely careful with its use and always keeping the protective bottom grate in place while also being mindful of temperature fluctuations. Initially, the company was responsive and said they would follow up with the owner, but weeks passed with no response and we had to call multiple times. Very good selection, prices, low than others
I needed to make a last minute cancellation and this company was very understanding and refunded my order. He was also very knowledgeable and discussed with me the details about the sink so I knew exactly what I was getting.
We love our sink from Mazi. Arnas went above and beyond to help us out. Great purchase and I am so thankful we spent the money for this sink. It’s beautiful in our new kitchen. Highly recommend A+++. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.
