Our boiler lost pressure and I was unable to refill so we were without hot water and heating. I had never dealt with Maz before and I only called her because I was next to her van at the traffic lights. I called her at 5.30pm and by 7.15pm she arrived to see if she could help. After some methodical fault finding the cause of the problem was found and very quickly fixed without the need for new parts.
