Young, inexperienced, cold and no bedside manner or compassion whatsoever. Went in for a shot for a bulging disc and it was in the top 2 most painful and traumatic experiences of my life. He kept telling me I shouldn't have the pain but did not stop and do anything to re-evaluate. I was crying and did everything in my power not to scream as the pain was intolerable. Felt like I had been tortured and would NEVER return. Worst medical experience of my life.
Dr. Zein did an ablation on my husband’s vertebrae and all went well. There are not enough words to explain what an incredible doctor and human Being Dr. Zein is. He educates you in every single detail before you make a decision. He even called me at home on A Sunday evening after I had emailed him. He goes over and above anything you can expect / he treats each patient as the only one he has. He is the epitome of the perfect doctor. He cares deeply about his patients and it is so obvious.
