Mazen is an honest and trustworthy mechanic, the other younger shady fella not so much. I had my brakes changed there and not only did he forget (or chose not to) apply the brake lube, but he didn't install a pin back in. Fast forward a few months later, When I took my car for tire swap elsewhere, I asked them to check the brakes too because of grinding noise, and thats when all this was revealed to me. He's the best really really best
Mazen is one of the most honest and respectful mechanics that I have met in Ottawa. He tries his best to find parts that fit your budget that doesn't impact the quality that much. I go out of my way and drive 30 minutes to his shop for any major repairs. I would recommend him if you have a Korean/Japanese car in a heartbeat
