My first time having work done by Mazen. The service and tires were excellent. An expert level mechanic, he took a full study on my vehicle and let me know all issues. I purchased excellent tires and had the installed at an incredible price. The clerk on the desk was spectacular and the mechanics running around were super interactive and very understanding of my limited knowledge. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. A very honest shop and a boon to our local community.
I was told that Mazen is an honest mechanic, and now I completely understand why. I urgently needed my brakes changed, and even though Mazen was fully booked because of the winter tire season, he still found a way to fit me in , even if it meant staying late at 11 p.m. I’m honestly so grateful. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that. This shop is professional, trustworthy, and truly cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to all my friends and family.
