tin can technology, phone call barely adible ,had to call office to find appt. accounting dept billed tele call at full retail price, refusing to code insurance billing though insurance called 4 times with billing codes for copay. Phillipine answering service totally audible
Dr. Mazeika is okay - did not really help the sleep problem - just said "take melatonin." The terrible experience came with the office and billing. Nobody will speak with you directly about your billing questions. After paying several thousand dollars, I had a follow-up appointment which was billed at $152. I was not impressed by the follow up at all, but still paid it just before the due date. However, they sent this to debt collectors who called me DAILY. I honestly think this was the mos pleasant experience I've had with a doctor. Dr Mazeika was such a warm, kind, and understanding person. The office is clean and inviting, and all the staff were great. I would recommend this provider to anyone.
He listens well, explains things well, and generally cares about the well-being of his patients.
He tried to help me with my sleep with different drugs but they all failed.
