Honestly, my biggest pet peeve with Maze is the fact that I’m almost NEVER able to get in touch with anyone to find out information about me account. They DO NOT have a website or automated system that gives you access to your account info—very inefficient! Other healthcare companies are able to do this (safely), why can’t Maze? It’s very frustrating to have to call and e-mail multiple times to only to get a voicemail. Lost for words. Our baby came sooner than expected and Maze was quick to set us up. With the help of family we managed to get the kit in time. Setting up the pickup was also very easy. They came a few hours after and voilá. So happy to have chosen Maze Cord Blood Laboratories.
