Came in for a 30,000 mile inspection and oil change based on the reviews that said knowledgeable and affordable. It wasn’t rocket science so I can’t speak to the knowledge but definitely grumpy, inconvenient, and not affordable. Said it would $300-400. Charged $470. Charges $100/hr for labor. I waited weeks for the appointment. You can only drop off before 10 then you have an hour to pick it up. Not open on weekends. No lockbox no nothing. Definitely going to Midas next time.
