Ute in for repairs, was there for a week, emailed them date will be ready no response, had to call them to get some answers, told will be ready this day, called them told it’s not ready for pickup since waiting on some other parts. Been there before but service is on a down hill, all I wanted someone to communicate/ explain if there is more work to be done, not to just u tell yr boss that they waiting on parts
