Johnny- if this service center is what you represent, you have got a customer for life. Johnny was incredible from start to finish- clean & clearly very professional. This is the way to go!!
My experience was excellent. Santiago provided helpful and knowledgeable assistance without any sales pressure. He walked me through the vehicle's operations and answered every question clearly. I would gladly buy from him again and am completely satisfied with my new car.
Took my car here after buying it about 9 months ago. I had received an email when I bought my car stating that my first two services were complimentary. They said that despite me receiving the email, I actually didn't qualify for that. 2 stars because they did a fine job on their overpriced oil change, and that's about it!
Good communication when you drop your vehicle off and their approval system is good too as then send proposed repairs to you via email/text and then action them quickly. Some negatives though: passing on CC fee to consumer when you are a large car dealership and service centre is cheap. They have signs to inform customers but this isn't mentioned explicitly (e.g. if you miss them then you get stung). After 7 years of positive experiences here, my recent visit was very disappointing. I dropped my car off for regular service and specifically reported a persistent acceleration noise. I eventually approved a approx $1,000 quote for several repairs, under the impression that my primary concern was being addressed. When I picked up the car, I was told they couldn't find the noise and that I’d need to schedule a separate one-hour consultation to drive with a technician just to diagnose it.
