1st time there for my oils change service. car is 1.5 years old and had been going to there dealership where I purchased it but that was always terrible experience. This is a bit closer to home and no appointment necessary. The entire staff at LJ was great, did not cross sell me on anything! I also was had to make an appointment at the other dealership (just an oil change/tire rotation) and even thought there was a few cars in line ahead of me at LJ I was still out in 1/2 the time I was a the other dealership!
