I brought my Miata ND3 RF Club MT with 750 miles here to change oil after break in period. While I specifically asked for the high moly oil, some hiccup happened and bulk 0W20 was used (Q50W20) instead and I only realized when I got home. While that oil is manufactured approved, the MX 5 is picky and it wants the high moly oil so the engine is noticeably noisier. I would go to a different service dealership than the one at kirkland. I brought my CPO Mazda for warranty service and what was supposed to be a week repair turned into a month and a week to repair. Spoiler alert, they didn't fix anything, all the same issues are there. Johnny was my service manager and he did not communicate any updates. I called weekly to see what was going on as the service manager kept pushing back the date. Each time it was for a different piece. Did my first car maintenance trip by my own. I wasn’t sure what I should do and what I was talking about, but Nick was super friendly and helpful. Also got my car noise fixed. Waiting area was clean and quiet. Super stable WiFi - no problem working while waiting. Overall, great experience.
