I took my car in last week to oil change since then my remote start wouldn’t work but before I bring my car in it works just fine. I use it every day. Operator told me that it nothing to do with oil change. I understand that but I think it just weird and they try to charge 180$ for diagnostic! I think it ridiculous because if I don’t bring my car in. My remote start will work just fine.
This happened Tuesday, November 26, 2024. My original post was to the wrong location. I was going to bring my truck in to find out about a rattling noise. I just decided not to. My son dropped his truck off at 10:00 this morning to have his radiator checked for a leak. They charged him $180 for a diagnostic check, only to contact him at 4:30 to say the plug to the radiator was not plugged in. Can't give enough praise to this service team. I purchased my 2019 Mazda CX-5 from Kerry Mazda in Florence, KY and have since moved to Cincinnati. Kerry was substandard in every metric post-sale but let's talk about Sweeney. I had a low oil pressure annunciator yesterday and booked an appointment for this morning which in itself is a feat given the scarcity of prompt service everywhere in this new economy.
