I purchased my 2025 cx90 November 2024. I usually purchase Toyota but the vehicle i wanted was not available. I researched and learned Mazda would be a nice choice. September 20 was my first service visit since purchasing. The service was nice while i was there but they did not follow through with my complementary car wash. I called the customer service number to advise. I emailed the rep that assisted me but haven't heard anything. So I will rate average do to that.
