Great experience
Service intake person was excellent and even fixed me Coffee twice.
Check in was easy and service writer knew her job. The mechanic went on a test ride with me to determine the issue. He says a computer update should fix. It did. Only complaint is that I arrived on time for my appointment and it took over 4 hours to get this done.
I have never been this frustrated with a dealership’s service department as I am with Hennessy Mazda. I’ve already been there three times for the same issue, and now I’m being told I’ll have to go back a fourth time. • Appointment issues: I scheduled online for a weekend, only to be told when I arrived that the service can only be done during the week.
