Mr Carson Gaither was phenomenal! Best customer service experience ive had! He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue business with ALM, because of Mr Carson. I can get a better price for repairs, ill come to ALM because of him. Give him a promotion! No on second thought, give him a raise. I don't want to lose him!
ALM Mazda S. Service Center diagnosed fairly quickly. This location even provides a virtual walk through with the technician. During my visit I preauthorized services totaling $540 for service. Once I picked up my vehicle I recognized that this dealership had a big whopping hidden fee of $75 for service on top of taxes. Upon picking up my car the total was increased by over $700. Defintely have changed I understand things are going up in the enconmy bit a lot has change with the customer service I have been coming to this location since I had my car they haven’t given any warnings of pricing going up etc I can now see why they have a high turn over rate I will not be a returning customer
