My daughter lost her key fob - bought one from Southern Mazda in Newport News. Had the car towed to Cavalier where I purchased an additional fob for $331 bc I was told two fobs were needed to program it. They did not ask me any info about the VIN#. Fob arrived next day, but it was the wrong fob so they credited me $331. Then proceeded to tell me that the car had other issues that needed to be addressed first. Went to get a key fob reset charge me $149 got no results only told it would cost $3,000 to fix the issue.
