Only place that I will take my 2016 Mazda6GT for anything except tires. I bought my car here. This is my 3rd Mazda. My last Mazda was a Millenia which I had for >20 yrs., I loved that car and never let me down. Same with my M6GT.
I brought my 2001 Miata in with an immobilizer issue to the service center. Even though they were not able to fix the car due to Mazda no longer making and stocking the required parts, they made sure to do everything they could to ensure I left a satisfied customer. Big shout out to Mr. Scott Benson, the service manager. He seems like he genuinely cares about what he does and in helping people get the cars they love back on the road.
Brought my car in for an inspection and they told me I needed a new transmission and a new clutch. I went to a transmission specialist and they said, and I quote, "I cannot work on this car in good faith. There is nothing wrong with the transmission or clutch". Mazda did say that the car was too old to get parts for so they couldn't replace the trans and clutch... still concerning that they tried to mark everything up as needing replacement parts.
