I had a very frustrating experience with Cavalier Mazda and would strongly advise others to avoid bringing their vehicle here for service. I took my car there twice because my AC is blowing warm air. Both times I was told there was “nothing wrong” with my vehicle. Before coming to the dealership, I had two separate shops inspect the car, and they both suggested I take it to the dealership for proper diagnosis and repair. I just wanted to say how fantastic my experience has been with my Mazda service advisor Steve. He’s truly amazing at what he does and has been with Mazda for a long time, which really builds my trust in him. Whenever I share any frustrations or describe odd sounds my car is making, he listens carefully and reassures me with his expertise. He’s always so pleasant and kind, and I end up feeling really well taken care of. Definitely top-notch service!
Only place that I will take my 2016 Mazda6GT for anything except tires. I bought my car here. This is my 3rd Mazda. My last Mazda was a Millenia which I had for >20 yrs., I loved that car and never let me down. Same with my M6GT.
