Hi Everyone, please DO NOT try this Mazda service branch. I am very disappointed with the recent M1 service performed on my Mazda3. My service advisor was David. After oil change, upon my inspection after a few days, I found that the engine oil had been overfilled and the locks and hinges were not lubricated as required. I had a good experience with Mazda . Mr Marko Babic was great from the beginning . He is extremely confident in the value of Mazda. He was not pushy but calm which to me is a selling point . Every member of staff was extremely polite and warm . From the entrance you are greeted with smiles . Mr Mike Zhang in finance was really patient with me as well at staff who handled insurance . Sales Department was fine when I bought my car. however, this one star review is aimed at the service department. Service advisor Arthur was rude and unprofessional upon initial approach. He told me to not come here and do oil change elsewhere as I refused to do brake service on during my visit for oil change as it was already been done elsewhere.
