Hourly price is way above the market average price, no follow ups even I asked for it, so I need to call them back to check myself, while calling them, they hung up my call and claimed that they did not haha. Non of the employees is responsible from this location.
Hi Everyone, please DO NOT try this Mazda service branch. I am very disappointed with the recent M1 service performed on my Mazda3. My service advisor was David. After oil change, upon my inspection after a few days, I found that the engine oil had been overfilled and the locks and hinges were not lubricated as required. I had a good experience with Mazda . Mr Marko Babic was great from the beginning . He is extremely confident in the value of Mazda. He was not pushy but calm which to me is a selling point . Every member of staff was extremely polite and warm . From the entrance you are greeted with smiles . Mr Mike Zhang in finance was really patient with me as well at staff who handled insurance .
