Very nice staff at the Mazda service department.
The service department at Mazda of Gastonia is staff with some of the most professional and genuinely good people you will ever meet. The video updates on the services provided makes it transparent and easy to understand. Ask for Mr. Stoney, he is especially friendly and patient.
Would not recommend getting your car repaired here. I waited a month to get an appointment here for an insurance claim after hitting a bird on July 9th. I needed a new grill, an emblem, and bracket for my radar. Soonest appointment was August 14th. Mazda said my repair would take a week. I called after a week, and they said parts were on back order.
