Always a pleasure driving all the way to Alexandria for service. My service rep Sandra is a gem and truly understands customer care. Today Sandra and service tech JP resolved my ignition issue and got me on my way. They were professional and friendly. Thank you both Sandra and JP. Mrs. French
Shop wasn’t knowledgeable of current Mazda extended warranty. Fought to schedule service via Mazda care, they cancel day of. Reschedule service, drive 2 hours to arrive, wait 3 hours for them to confirm check engine code, and then have to fight for them to complete work same day as agreed upon a week and a half in advance. Worst service shop I have ever encountered. 7 hour day for a 2 hour job, the level of incompetence is unreal.
I’ve wasted time and time at this dealership. After today’s 3+ hour visit, I’m done. I will not be returning. I have not been here for standard maintenance for less than 3 hours. And
The worst Mazda experience we have ever had. I do NOT recommend coming here for your car or purchasing a car here. We are a returning Mazda customer that bought our second car here earlier this summer. Our brand new car was only able to be driven for 2 weeks before engine malfunctioning and since then our car has been at this shop for more than 2 months.
