I hands down give my service representative, Dylan, at Mazda Roseville an A++! He is very knowledgeable about Mazda cars, explains things to me (female), assures me that car challenges will work out and is great with ongoing communication during the process. Plus, he’s overall just a really good guy!

Another excellent repair experience. Dylan is always kind and very professional. I was concerned about my car and he explained the entire process and followed up with me after I dropped off my vehicle. My car was repaired much earlier than was anticipated and he reached out to me to let me know when would be most convenient for me to pick up my car. I have mixed feelings about my experience at Roseville Mazda Service Department. The experience wasn't bad. I was greeted immediately & checked in for prepaid maintenance service which included oil change, tire rotation, & inspection. I was directed to waiting area which was comfortable. There was complimentary water & a few snacks. While waiting I was sent video of inspection; nothing wrong but air filters were dirty. I acknowledged receipt of video.
