As a dedicated multi-Mazda household (we currently own a CX-5, a Mazda 3, and a CX-90), we know the brand well. Mazda Roseville was never our first choice—we historically took our business to Maita Mazda—but we came here because they were one of the first to stock the CX-90 non-plugin hybrid. It is a decision I now deeply regret. The vehicle itself has been a frustrating experience. The CX-90 is plagued by a prolific brake squeal that is entirely unacceptable on a $50,000+ vehicle. I had an excellent experience at the Mazda Service Center. Everyone on the team was friendly, kind, professional, and welcoming. The customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. I especially want to recognize Andrew for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. From the moment we stepped in to the end of our Service we knew we were gonna Love this place to take our Mazda CX-5 (that we bought in Tracy). Every Service people that dealt with us: Dan, Dylan, and the cashier guy (forgot his name) were so helpful and friendly. I like the video report too of our Service done by the guys in the back. THIS will be our Service Crr for our new 2025 CX-5 for sure!
