Went here february 28 to have my car serviced (oil change usual maintenance stuff). I was told my prepaid mazda gold card had expired last year. I told josh the person assisting me, that i have a prepaid plan that expires 2026. He said nope, cant do anything about it. Ok. I didnt even know the plan name (tripack) at the time i was talking to him since the people from mazda elk grove only gave me the gold prepaid card and said i can just show that to any mazda dealer and theyll have my records pulled up. One of their technicians made a mistake. However, they made it right, and my car looks great!
They seem like nice people and I'm sure they do good work, but what a hassle they make the whole experience. Told it would cost nearly 1k and take 2-3 days to change engine belts and do a software upgrade. Won't be coming back here again, do not recommend. Edit: Thank you for your response but I have already gotten the engine belts replaced at another shop that was quick with it. I wish you well and am sure you run a good shop, but I will not be coming to this dealership again.
