Service writers don’t go over anything with you that your car might need to have fixed. They just send a basic video from the technician and then shove you out the door. I get no one wants to be upsold on something, but your customers need to know their options. The only positive thing was the coupon I had. Go to Maita or Elk Grove for more friendly people that follow through on their words. Even this service manager can’t be respectful enough to call you back. Pathetic service, get better. Update: The service manager reached out to me and was very understanding and apologized and offered to fix it. I went yesterday and they fixed it within 30 minutes. I appreciate how the manager, Bobby Shields, handled the situation, and everyone I interacted with was very kind. I took my car in for service on the infotainment system and they returned my center console broken. The lid stayed shut when I dropped it off, and when I picked it up the lid was open with the latch broken and the lid is unable to stay shut. They didn... read more
