This review is for the GM - The rudest person in Customer Service I have ever encountered. I had a great experience with my first Mazda purchased there but when I went back to buy another one I had an issue which was escalated to the GM. Honestly if he would have been a better GM, he could have diffused the situation. Instead he was rude, and as another person here indicated, wanted to "fight" with the customer instead of working with the customer.
