Mi experiencia en el concesionario fue muy agradable, me atendió Paul Baez. Debo decir que fue muy amable y explicó de la mejor manera cada una de mis dudas acerca del vehículo que me interesaba. Si algún día visitan este lugar se los recomiendo, es un buen vendedor, buena persona, servicial y muy amigable.
The worst service experience I've ever had. Against my better judgement, I took a loaner and left my car which was in for a major engine repair as required by a class action lawsuit. The first loaner was filthy and smelled like an ashtray. I had to make another trip to pick up something more acceptable. It took 3 weeks to perform a 1 day job. I picked up the car today and found the engine oil over-filled, one of the tire caps missing and the car inundated with ants. Just a sad situation at Mazda of Wesley Chapel Florida. I'm... read more
