Politely and friendly stuff Oil change and diagnostic in 2 hours +exterior car wash.
Easy availability of service date. Typically good dealership facility and courteous service staff. Good location on main road.
Brian and Ruthy were extremely accommodating. They offered me a loaner car while waiting for my car to be serviced. Very fair and reseasonable pricing. Top notch service, no complaints here. Finally a dealership that doesn't make you feel pressured.
Although they made a mistakein not putting my car in for service they immediately responded and were generous in rectifying the error. It's not about being perfect but rather being responsive and proactive when mistakes are made. That is a rare quality in customer service and this service department had earned my loyalty for its responsiveness under the circumstances.
