Brian and Ruthy were extremely accommodating. They offered me a loaner car while waiting for my car to be serviced. Very fair and reseasonable pricing. Top notch service, no complaints here. Finally a dealership that doesn't make you feel pressured.
Although they made a mistakein not putting my car in for service they immediately responded and were generous in rectifying the error. It's not about being perfect but rather being responsive and proactive when mistakes are made. That is a rare quality in customer service and this service department had earned my loyalty for its responsiveness under the circumstances.
I've been to pretty much every Mazda service center in NY and Mazda of Valley stream has been my go to. Definitely not perfect by any means, plenty of times where I had to wait exceptionally long for my car to be looked at and when bringing up an issue it takes multiple visits for for them to take you seriously and actual diagnose it. Even still, they're better than the service I received at every other Mazda service center. Also, huge shout out to the mechanic Jon! Only guy I want working on my car!
Most of these reviews have to be friends of people that work in the service department. I in the other hand had a terrible experience Brian the service department manager decided to cancel my warranty because I enhance the car and put at the market speakers when the car was sold to me without back door speakers I was not told at the purchase of the vehicle because the car did not have rear door speakers Brian service department manager or whatever they decided to cancel my whole entire warranty for my vehicle. Top notch. Clean, reliable and dependable. There is a clean, comfortable waiting area with free coffee, and snacks while you wait.
