Concerning Experience with a Brand-New Mazda CX-70 I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but my experience with my 2025 Mazda CX-70 has been deeply concerning. From the moment I drove it off the lot, the brakes were squealing. The dealership assured me this was normal for a new car, but the issue never went away. After bringing it in three times, the brakes still squeal, and I’ve since learned this is a known issue that appears to be a manufacturing defect. Had my Murano in for all new brakes yesterday and the service team at Hamilton Mazda went absolutely above and beyond! My parts were ordered quickly and the price was much better than any other shop I compared with. Special thanks to Pat for answering all my questions and being very kind and knowledgeable!
