I would to thank Nate & Tony. They both went above & beyond to make sure our problem was fixed and that it wasn’t so overpriced that we couldn’t follow through the repairs! It was a tricky problem, but they both worked hard to keep the communication open & honest. I really appreciate Tony & his suggestion to further look into the issue to ensure that there was absolutely no possibility of it being repaired before we replaced large, high dollar parts! Came here twice—the first time for routine maintenance on my 2014 Mazda2, and the second time for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) (though they define it as a multi-point inspection). Nate, my service advisor, was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process—from booking the appointment to payment. I requested a loaner both times, and he helped me with that. I had an oil change and purchased new tires. They were great! Shelby was very kind, helpful, and a clear communicator in terms of cost and expectations. They even let me use one of their cars while my care was being serviced. They went way above and beyond my expectations!! I highly recommend!!
