I'm very specific about my oil changes. The techs followed my instructions without question. The service people were all professional and had immediate answers to all my questions about other services they offer. I have over 242,000 miles on my MAZDA and they gave me the impression they are going to help me keep my little car in good condition. And I do love the video sent to my cell showing everything they saw as they touched and inspected before the oil change.
Wonderful experience! So kind and thoughtful. Didn’t mind my extra questions and went above and beyond with helping me!! Will definitely be going there when my lease is up!!
just recently bought my first car and had to take it in to get new shocks. Shelby was the one who helped me out when i pulled in. She was very helpful and always made sure to update me through the process making me feel much more comfortable! i was given a loaner car for the week and left my garage door opener in there when i returned it… Shelby helped me out and kept it behind the service desk for me to come pick up when i could! Overall great service and my car was fixed!! highly recommend :)
