Literally the worst service department ever! I have been there twice and both of the times they have messed up services ! The service manager won’t understand the problem even after detailed explanation… and as the result the techs won’t solve the problem! Really tired of overall Mazda experience!
Great customer service. They’re transparent on services required based on the vehicle’s maintenance guide, year, and mileage, and give you a time frame as to when you should go in for it. I went in twice for oil change and both times went smoothly and without any aggressive sales for other services. I will add that their car wash was inoperable both times I went - 6 months time frame.
