I switched to servicing my Mazda at this location last year, even though i live nearly an hour away. The main reason I did this was due to my customer service experiences with Chris Sheppard at the service desk. Since my first day dealing with Chris at Mazda Brampton he has been thorough and knowledgeable during all of our interactions, all while being kind, warm and personable. Not all customer service is the same, so when you find someone you can trust to have your best interests in mind… that is worth going back to!!
Ever since i got my CX90. I have always dealt with Joe for the maintenance of my vehicle and the experience has always been exceptional. Timely check in, correct updates and a respectful interaction everytime.
