Mechanics do a terrible job. They forget to put screws on and leave the oil cap loose so my car almost got damaged. It was losing oil a little bit little and never wanted to assume responsibility.
Never bring your car here for service. They will lie to you about the oil change and even leave the screws and cap loose so your car leaks oil.
Was told someone would stay and help grab us a part after 5. Arrived and nobody was there. Nobody in the Mazda building was willing to help either.
These guys are con artists. I placed an order for multiple parts for my '13 MX-5 and heard nothing for almost two weeks before finally getting a shipping confirmation. I checked UPS tracking with the tracking number provided nearly every day after that and the alleged package was never actually handed off to UPS to ship. After three weeks, I called the contact number at the bottom of "mazdapartsoutlet.com" (where I ordered from) and was promised the package would be with UPS that day.
