The worst brand I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t buy their CPO cars. They won’t honor the warranty.
They give a very hard time to honor their warranty. Even the dealership admits it. Called corporation to report my car problems and never got an email or call. Luckily I asked for the complaint number ID. They use engine oil with liqui molly additive because their engines have a very common problem of wearing quickly. My car started to have metal shavings in the oil with 80k miles, and the dealership said it’s not too much. Any quantity of shavings in the oil means problem. Doesn’t matter how much.
