Nightmare experience. Brought in my car for a rim repair (coverage I bought through the dealership) on 7/1. I was told on 7/2 that it would not be done until 7/3 and told on 7/3 that it was not done. Since I was going away for the holiday, they said I could keep the loaner until 7/7. I was told it was still not done on 7/7. Service dept is a joke....and not the kind you laugh about. Quirk service is the place to go in the general area.
