Always appreciate the prompt, friendly service and occasional discounts. Today, though, I want to give a huge shout out to Nathaniel for confirming my preferred name and pronouns while checking me in. That’s a courtesy that I rarely get expect in a service interaction, and it made my day!
Adam was wicked friendly and helpful when I came in for a diagnostic for my new-to-me cx-5. I appreciate his no BS approach and made me feel confident I can use them for future service. Really really appreciate what he did for me today.
Nightmare experience. Brought in my car for a rim repair (coverage I bought through the dealership) on 7/1. I was told on 7/2 that it would not be done until 7/3 and told on 7/3 that it was not done. Since I was going away for the holiday, they said I could keep the loaner until 7/7. I was told it was still not done on 7/7. Didn’t hear from them on 7/8 so called on 7/9 and was told that they need the loaner back so I returned the loaner and rescheduled the repair for 7/16. I was told it was still not done on 7/16. Service dept is a joke....and not the kind you laugh about. Quirk service is the place to go in the general area.
