Seems like the service department is very lost. Wanted to buy new tires and submitted my order but they didn't have them once I arrived to my appointment. They couldn't find my appointment even though they texted me confirmation. Would not recommend
Horrible customer service I had a Mazda Did a lease transfer 5 months ago and being called by insurance company telling me that Mazda is saying the lease is still under my name which it hasn't been in 5 years. This Mazda is the reason I vowed to never go back to Mazda or a Gabriel dealership ever again
