Very disappointing sales service at Mazda Gabriel Anjou. I opted to buy my vehicule at end of lease and was told I had to pay a buyback of 600$ to finalize my purchase. Under the Québec Consumer Protection Act, an undisclosed or unauthorized fee cannot be charged on top of purchase price. Mazda Gabriel Anjou , including the owner, did not acknowledge this- they told me to pay the fee or go elsewhere.
