Rosalinda is fantastic at her job. Very friendly and stays positive when the sales manager is blocking a sale that is over the book value of a vehicle. My bank wouldn't touch it due to sale price being over the value of vehicle. As I said Rosalinda stayed 100% and was very understanding. People like her are far and few between in the customer service area of life. She needs a promotion.
