Robert, the worst salesman that i ever saw in my life, first of all, no Bonjour ça va, his first phrase was "what do you want " ....i could say all his phrases here, but to summarize, he didn't want to grab the car keys to show us, we said that we were there to test and he is like "the car is good, i assure you, you don't need to test it....." i dont know how he works there
People are nice
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the service team. I really appreciated that they provided me with a loaner vehicle while my hybrid battery is on order. However, my main concern was the condition of the loaner car. It was extremely dirty—both inside and out—and didn’t appear to have been cleaned in quite some time.
