My experience at Mazda Des Sources was very disappointing. About 3 years ago, I bought a Mazda MX-30 electric car from here. At the time of sale, I was clearly told that this car would come with 3 times of free services. However, they did not provide that in any document or in writing. Since the first time service was carried out without any issues, I trusted what they had said. When I went for service in the second time, they first denied the free service.
