I called ahead to confirm availability of two used cars and was told by customer service that both were available. I even booked an appointment. When I arrived, I was met by Vlad, who informed me that both cars had already been sold. He mentioned he was “just the messenger” and that the salesmen who sold the cars hadn’t bothered to update me or even give me a courtesy call. This felt very unprofessional and a bit suspicious. ----2025 Update---- I recently had a safety issue with the rear door on my 2014 Mazda 3. I want to give a huge thank you to Nick and AJ! Aj is the best service advisor, he needs a raise for the amount of great help and empathy that he shares with his clients. Never going to another Mazda dealership unless, he is there.
Just bought a cx5. Very good experience with Mazda Antonio but never buy any accessories because very expensive and cheating there. Be very careful when you sign papers.
