The dealership has friendly people, and a calm atmosphere.
I prepaid for routine maintenance and was shocked that dealer wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money to change engine and cabin air filters. These are very cheap parts that take a few minutes for even a completely non mechanical person to accomplish. I feel ripped off for prepaying for maintenance when it does not include such simple routine items.
