It was a fine routine service, albeit expensive which I was expecting. I take huge issue with many of the employees being unmasked while I was there. And not just a quick adjustment or having a sip of water. One employee, in the manager’s office (assuming it was manager) had his mask off for almost the full hour I was there with another (masked) employee sitting across his desk from him chatting for roughly 30 minutes. I bought a 2014 Mazda 6 with 58,000 miles on it for $14,000. I have only put 8,000 miles on it and most of them are highway miles. My brakes started squeaking so I took it in for service an oil change, tire rotation and I wanted them to look at the brakes as I just got it and assumed they had replaced the brake pads before I bought it. I found out that the pads where at .5 when I bought the car. Allow me to school you, you should change your pads at a .4 because at.3 you've reached the squealers that are metal.
