I need service on my Mazda and I can’t get any. I push option like I am asked to do and get someone asking how can they direct my call. I pushed option so she should know. Then I don’t get a person. I told her today if I can’t a person, I’m going to Subaru and I was told that’s fine, have a good day. Off I go to Subaru. Mazda doesn’t care. I wonder if corporate Mazda will care.
