People were polite, service center quoted 550 or 600 to duplicate a key fob and key including $190 programming fee and more than $200 for the parts. OEM parts are available online for $20. Key programming store at the mall will program OEM key for 150…. Profiteering at its finest. Bad Mazda.
We had a great experience helping the in-laws find a safe new vehicle. Brenden was a fantastic sales rep and answered every single one of the billion questions I had. Kyle, the manager was great. He helped run numbers and different scenarios. Everyone at Fitzgerald were friendly and professional.
I chose Fitzgerald Mazda of Annapolis, because out of all the dealerships they were the most responsive and helpful.
