Mr. Alex Canary worked diligently and quickly to help me gather the information I needed to make a good decision about my next car purchase. Then he and his colleagues were able to help me get the financing setup so the payment would be manageable for a lady on a fixed income. On top of all that, I got a great vehicle!! It was a pleasant experience... not your typical car buying "ordeal". I love my new car... CX-50!!
I recently purchased a pre-owned Mazda CX-9 at Fitzgerald Mazda in Annapolis. I had a pleasant, low-pressure buying experience. Mo, my salesmen, was up front about pricing and extended service options and followed through with scheduling (at no cost to me) a minor cosmetic repair after purchase. Fitzgerald is a no-haggle dealership and doesn't include any hidden fees. I would use them again for future purchases.
Fitzgerald auto mall is #1 for sales and service! I have been a Mazda owner for over 20 years and have always enjoyed my visits there..All the employees are great to work with. Chris Watson is a fantastic sales person and I was given a complete rundown on all features plus actually showing me how to use them.on the Mazda I bought this time. 21 years ago I bought my first new car at Fitzgerald Hyundai in Gaithersburg. My experience was phenomenal. Now that I'm finally thinking about replacing it, my first visit was to a Fitzgerald dealer. Justin and Jamal both took exceptional care in finding out my needs and tracking down potential options.
