I'v previously had wondeful expeiences at this service department. but today I had a very bad one. I guess they don't want your business if you don't respond to their text message within two hours. they just send you a message and say your car is ready...nail still in the tire and all. Even said they rotated the tires...with the nail in it??? No phone call..hey did you get my text. hey, i know you are at work and may have missed the text. nope. just your car is ready. Bought a used car for our son. The staff was wonderful and the car was beautifully detailed before we took possession. We will definitely be going back.
