Visited this dealership after calling first to talk to the manager as it was over an hour drive and I wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. Took my car in at 11am and if was completed around 430-5pm ish. The wait was long, but the service was great. They kept constant communication as I waited via text, as well as kept me updated via text. They let me know what they did and followed up on some concerns I had, that turned out to be correct. I was appalled to learn that 3 weeks after my warranty expired, with less than 51000 miles, my car needed a new differential. It has been serviced at Fitzgerald for 5 years, all recommended service intervals were observed. The service department was able to arrange a “goodwill” adjustment whereby Mazda covered the cost minus $100 which I certainly appreciated. The staff at Mazda Fitzgerald were professional but yet very friendly and accommodating. The office was clean and it made you feel comfortable. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly while keeping his professionalism. That’s is the reason why I bought my fifth Mazda from him.
