Great customer service, informative, and always good service work on my truck anytime I've brought it in. They are my go to service department and only one I care to use moving forward. Def recommend them
The worst customer service I’ve ever recieved in my whole life. I spoke to Logan from the service team and he spoke to me in a very condescending manner that I did not appreciate. My experience with this dealership has ruined my love for Mazda. If you’re looking for a dealership that is actually helpful DONT COME HERE!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Duncan and can’t recommend them enough. The process was effortless, everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I visited a few other dealerships closer to where I live before coming here and I’m glad I did, it was a much better experience. A special thanks to Steve Akers for getting me set up.
