Was going to purchase a vehicle after going in and agreeing to a final purchase price. After spending a couple hours there waiting for everything to be finalized they came in and said I need to put down 3,000 (in good faith) after we already agreed on pricing. We walked. Worst experience ever. My daughter went in and we were there four hours. We were told this is the monthly payment and it won’t change. They ran credit and it was set up. Then the sales manager Steve Price came back and oh by the way you now have to pay $3000 down. This is a college town and students need to be treated better. Brought wheels there and they ended up breaking the actual wheel and had to order a replacement. Service advisor lied and said I brought in a cracked wheel. Tech explained to me that he broke it himself. Most other service advisors rude and disrespectful. It’s a shame this is the closest Mazda dealer to me. I am taking my business to Berglund Mazda. STAY AWAY FROM DUCAN.
We had a bit of an usual situation with a new vehicle we purchased and a faulty paint job. Steve worked diligently on trying to fix the issue, communicating with Mazda and keeping me updated with progress. He did phenomenally well and we are very happy with how the entire situation was handled and resolved. Our sales person, Ryan, was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
