Feel let down. 18 months ago they replaced the turbo, injectors and cleaned the manifold etc. was told the engine was the equivalent of a ‘new car’ when I left. 18 months later (with all servicing and care given to the car) we are told the turbo has failed. Despite spending thousands with mazcare they are unable to indicate what manufacturer of turbo they used, or, who they normally would use for this engine (so we could try and claim a warranty, or to rule out it is a commonly defective supplier). I’m very disappointed with the customer service I recently experienced at Mazcare. Over 18 months ago, they carried out some work on my car. Unfortunately, the part they fitted has since failed. My husband and I simply called to ask for some basic information about the part they used—specifically, the manufacturer—so we could understand whether this was a known fault and avoid using the same part in the future. Mazcare has looked after my cars(not always Mazda's) for over 25 years now. Not just servicing but also supplying them. Quality and fairness is the way I describe the way I have always been treated.
