This place has always been the most reliable local place. Always the best service, tastiest and fast food. I am shocked that this place has not gotten an award from the city yet. No other place can top the hummus and gyro, I always think about them when I’m not eating here! We always get the fresh orange juice and the young coconut, the workers go above and beyond to make any request happen, including when we requested to have the coconut broken to eat the meat.
So this is probably the only non-Mexican restaurant to make my list of New Mexico favorites. We ate here 3 times on a recent stay in ABQ and might have eaten there a few more times if our schedule permitted. The food was all freshly prepared in large portions at a decent price. We had a few salads with different dressings (all 3 dressings were excellent and fairly interchangeable), falafel, fries, hummus, and chicken shawarma across our 3 meals.
