I called 3 different times. Was on hold for 15 minutes and someone hung up on me. Called a second time, same thing. Then got through to Danielle who has the nastiest/nonchalant attitude I've heard. Please send these people to a customer service class.

I had an appointment at this doctor's office when I first made the appointment they ran the numbers on my insurance card and they said that they take my insurance so I went there for my appointment then they said they didn't take my insurance and that I couldn't see the doctor and I want her to get my medications refilled which I'm totally out of pretty much and now I can't get the medications refilled I really do not recommend this doctor the staff was really rude to me so I would suggest that if someone's looking for a doc... read more
