Wonderful clinic, easy to book appointments, great ambiance, accessible location and the Drs and staff are amazing. 5 stars.
I haven’t personally experienced rude receptionists here, but I’ve been extremely disappointed with the care I’ve received from the doctor. I understand that doctors have to be cautious because not every patient is truthful about their health, but that shouldn’t mean patients with genuine, chronic health concerns feel like they aren’t being heard or helped. Never experienced the rude receptionist until this morning. I had a phone appointment. Apparently my phone was having some issues, but I didn’t know this as I was able to call just fine last night. The first call the doctor made was around 13 minutes late, but it hung up immediately. The doctor called again and left a voicemail saying my phone hasn’t been ringing, so I should call the front desk and have them transfer the call to him.
