I just want to know how to cancel. I signed up in March of 2025 so over it. I don't want any surprise charges so I am about to cancel my credit cards. A friend of mine signed up with me and has received no help when she was going through medical issues and wanted to cancel. Nothing but unprofessional communication. So let me know what I have to do to cancel. That is the only response I want.

Brooke tried to sucker me into enrolling back in November 2024, saying they were just a few days away from opening and they still aren't open. We're now well into 2026! Their last update regarding opening on social media was in June of 2025, which is very weird. I'm worried that this may be a scam business collecting credit card and personal information.

I enrolled here in November 2024. At that time, the manager Brooke told me the location would be open for business “this winter.” Well, now it’s been well over a year and they still aren’t open. In March, they were just waiting on the “last few pieces of equipment” to arrive before opening. In June, they were still waiting on “final inspections and approval from the city.” Since enrolling, their class offerings (in a local park) have been minimal. I signed up back in January, and every time I ask about the opening date, it’s the same tired excuse about “city permits.” It’s now November, and nothing has changed, not one thing. No one answers the phone anymore. The last time I checked in July, they said “six more weeks.” Funny enough, that’s the exact same line they gave me in April.
