Unable to cancel membership. Phone number doesnt appear to work and no voicemailbox is set up. Unable to email. Went in person to cancel and was told the manager had to do it but wasn't there. Took down my name and number and that was it. This was a few weeks ago and low behold guess who was still charged for their supposedly canceled membership today... By the time the gym opened I was no longer interested in taking classes. This isn't a fault of the owners. I attempted to cancel the membership by email, but those bounced back. Called to cancel twice in May and June and was assured it would be cancelled by the staff member on the line, but keep getting charged. Looked back to my original sign-up email from 2 years ago and found the "30 day written notice" clause. They need work on Communication.
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I originally signed up when they promoted this YEARS ago when they had an estimated open date of 3 months when I inquired. Fast forward several YEARS and it finally opens and they tried charging my account. I called them and told them I was interested years ago but their extremely delayed opening I’ve committed to something else.
