Love it hear at Mayweather Katy! Edy and Dave are passionate about what they do . Been working out here for almost 3 months and never felt better! Update : Not sure if they got hacked but based on their other reviews and updates on how my former trainer was treated ......yeah 1 star Edy did not deserve the mistreatment.....honestly I hope corporate see my update along with others

I used to go to this place during summer and dude I hope that Dave dude got fired or something. Dude used to stare people down for no reason and hold attitude like we weren’t all giving him 180 a month and I’m always checking this place to see if it permanently closed because of how much I hated it. The coaches don’t care if half the class doesn’t do anything. This place used to be good but it went down to the dumps. The General Manager is unprofessional and tacky. He’s a bully towards staff and refuses to be held unaccountable for his bad behavior. I’ve been a customer since opening day. Due to the GM’s behavior I cancelled my membership. What’s even worse is that I filed a complaint with corporate and no one ever responded. That further cemented my decision to take my money and business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Coach Dave was awesome!! I made this review some time back, it was true at the time. I recently wanted to cancel my membership and customer service was bad, bad, bad!!! I have tried every way to contact the customer service and I have failed every time. I was charged the month of January but because I decided to cancel my membership they didn’t even allowed me to get the classes I paid for January. I still have not received any response at all. I’ve been coming to this gym since it opened, and it has gone downhill. There’s been so much turnover in almost three years. They finally got a good staff a little over a year ago with trainers Edy and Kiki. Kiki left for personal reasons, and the coach fired Edy. Now, there have been three no-shows just this week. I know corporate has taken over this gym, so why is the service getting worse? I hope someone sees this and addresses these issues. Your most loyal customers will cancel if this is not fixed.
