Been going to River North Boxing Fitness for 10 months now, and my wife and I love the classes! They are a great mix of positive energy, and fantastic cardio. Very welcoming community of coaches and other gym members. Easy to pick up even if you have never put on a pair of boxing gloves before. Could not recommend this place enough!
What an amazing place for fitness. For a one hour class, you will work on every part of your body and joints and muscles and you mix it up with weights. You also box obviously but you do calisthenic, you do the treadmill, you do rowing, Burpee's and there's semi CrossFit kind of stuff as well and it's guided by Sara, an excellent owner/trainer. Very welcoming atmosphere my sister and I enjoyed it and met some great people. Fabulous workout.
Great communal feeling when you go to RNBF!! awesome workout and highly recommend going early if you’re new to get the lay of the land. Leo’s classes in particular are always on point!!
Staff is cool but I did not care for the owner. She charged me an additional month even though I was moving out of town. She didn’t care about me or my situation. I would pass on this one.
