Gym members and trainers are all very positive and welcoming as a beginner this made the experience very enjoyable. I’ve done classes and personal training with Sarah, very encouraging and supportive!
The studio experience was disappointing: the instructors voices were very unclear through the speakers, making them difficult to hear and noisy. They were unclear on the moves unhelpful unless you paid for private lessons. Additionally, money was taken without my consent. When I asked for a refund, the owner was completely unprofessional and rude, showing no empathy and refusing to reverse the charge. Great location with good team and help to get into boxing workouts.
My friend and I tried one of their 60min classes recently and we had a blast. I am trying to workout more and this was a fun and engaging outlet. You get what you put into it, and I definitely felt great afterwards. Our instructor was JC and she was awesome. Because my friend and I were new to boxing, sometimes we didn’t quite understand the directed combinations. Hi I was calling in to do an inquiry and I'm very disappointed that you guys offer a free but then suggest that you have to pay a $15 fee which is not a problem but the fact of it is is that I've been interacting with your employees for the last month on trying to set up a class but they never stated that. But you charge free classes everywhere else except Chicago and New York. Every place in Chicago is money hungry. I am no longer interested
