Gym members and trainers are all very positive and welcoming as a beginner this made the experience very enjoyable. I’ve done classes and personal training with Sarah, very encouraging and supportive!
The studio experience was disappointing: the instructors voices were very unclear through the speakers, making them difficult to hear and noisy. They were unclear on the moves unhelpful unless you paid for private lessons. Additionally, money was taken without my consent. When I asked for a refund, the owner was completely unprofessional and rude, showing no empathy and refusing to reverse the charge. Great location with good team and help to get into boxing workouts.
My friend and I tried one of their 60min classes recently and we had a blast. I am trying to workout more and this was a fun and engaging outlet. You get what you put into it, and I definitely felt great afterwards. Our instructor was JC and she was awesome. Because my friend and I were new to boxing, sometimes we didn’t quite understand the directed combinations.
