They charged me monthly membership fee after I gave a 30-day notice. I visited the studio and tried calling many times to sort it out, but there was no response whatsoever. Today, after canceling my membership four months ago, they sent an email saying there are past dues. Studio manager, if you are seeing this review, I am expecting a call from you at the least to sort it out. I'm tired of trying to contact you guys.

Updated. I love the place when it's actually open. This place cost too much to have things not working AND BE CLOSED during business hours!!! RIDICULOUS This is about the fifth time............... I've been coming since day 1 and I love it!!! Chris is great. Even in open gym he helps out and gives guidance. The atmosphere is great and it's like a gym family. This is my first and only time joining a gym and I'm so glad it was this one! It's SOOOOOO worth it! If Jordan is your trainer you're good to go too!

This location is fraud. I've been a member for months and have had 0 access to this location and have been unable to make contact with ANY employee to cancel my membership but have been charged $130 anyway despite it all. Will be reporting the McKinney location for fraud through the FTC.
