Loved the workout! The lead trainer was phenomenal, especially for a beginner like me. Great teacher, very welcoming, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get started or looking for a new fitness opportunity.
I love this place! Cole and his team do a great job at making sure you get a great workout in and have blast doing it. The gym is always very clean, and the atmosphere is great. There are class times throughout the day to ensure you can fit it into your schedule! Even if you dont know how to box, that is okay! They will walk you through it to work out safely. I highly recommend anyone joining this gym!
