Great all around workout not just boxing. Great cardio and ab workout as well as weights
I joined this gym in 2023, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. In just a few months, I was able to lose 40 pounds, and since then I’ve been able to maintain my progress while continuing to stay active and consistent. Cole is a big reason this gym is so great. Great place to workout and get your heart rate going. Welcoming environment, friendly faces, nonjudgmental, and always encouraging. If you haven’t boxed before, don’t let that stop you! You will love it.
