I went for 2 years and loved it, but I lost my job, AND I was having neck issues. I was told I could pause my contact but was not told they still wanted $12 a month. I was not told I could cancel if I got a doctors note, so I had to read to find it out. I forgot his name, but he was short with a deep voice. He basically said he didn't care and tried to get $99 to cancel, although I had no money and hurt myself, so unfortunately, I haven't been in forever and wouldn't recommend it.
