The extract powders are overpriced in my opinion. I do use plumflower in my formals but the pricing is a bit of an issue. There are no other companies that make extract powders that I know of yet. Granules are second in strength - I use treasure of the east and the granules are still more affordable than the extract powders. I wish the extract powders would be more reasonably priced in particular the individual herbs. A order of 3 bottles of individual herbs easily hit 60-70 dollars.

Best quality on the market. Also, best packaging I've ever seen. However, the bulk herbs I use often are usually out of stock. I hope that gets remedied in the future. Thanks to Mayway for being in business.
They are overpriced and terrible customer service. The manager laughed at me when I mentioned I was a student who needed to return a purchase I no longer needed
