Pricing. There are mechanics out there who can get better pricing on filters and oil. Took my daughters car in for an oil change and check engine light - $150 for the oil change and scan for the check engine light resulting in a guess on what it was. Definitely will go back to Jamestown for our regular mechanic next time.

Ripoff artist, beware of miss diagnosis, over charging of labor fees . Wanted to charge me $850 to do what cost me $200 parts and labor at my regular garage. At least I was lucky enough to be smart enough to know that I could drive back home in limp mode safely without damaging the vehicle once he charged me $150 to plug in his code scanner to find out the problem . A service that AutoZone does for free .
