I've been coming to you guys since I graduated high school. There's nobody I would trust my animals with more than Mayville Animal Clinic. All the doctors and the nurses are so nice. They sympathize, they respect and they take care of your animal as if it was theirs.
We had to get our cat in quickly and they were VERY busy but were able to squeeze us in due to the nature of his issues. It was my first experience with Dr. Emilia and she was just perfect!! She was very thorough and still listened to my concerns. I highly recommend her. And her post visit summary I got emailed was so great. I’d never had that in the past from them, but it’s so so helpful. It was more thorough than some of my medical doctors. We love are vet team. But the major issue is one of the secretary's. She is rude, unpleasant, and dissmisive. I loved are vet tech and all 3 of the vets we've seen. But this women has been this way for awhile. To include when I had a pet put down. We will be leaving this vet clinic and going back to our old clinic an hour away. If you have issues Randolph vet and Ferdonia vet are amazing and don't over charge. I use to brag about this place I never will again. The first person you deal with is an absolute nitemare. I’m very disappointed in their equine service. I had Dr Emilia out to see a horse for the first time so we could go forward with castration. On her way out i had a rescue horse slip and fall into a fence post which lead to her needing stitches. Once we were done with that i had asked about antibiotics for her and she just ignored me and started talking about other things. Didn’t tell me if i needed to remove the stitches, or when or if she used dissolvable ones. About a week and a half later my horse developed a pretty nasty... read more
I’m so happy to have found this clinic for my pets. We always have a pleasant visit and the staff is very nice. We highly recommend this office for your fur babies.
