I want to give a huge thank you to the entire team for helping me through an incredibly difficult moment. They were fully in tune with what was happening and what my dog needed. We had an emergency situation, and they supported us from the moment I called while rushing her in. They put our needs first the second we arrived and were nothing but supportive and compassionate as my family and I faced the heartbreaking passing of our dog. Thank you guys for the support and care.

I live in Hartford. Started off at Hartford vet but was VERY displeased. Tried west bend vet and was worse. Mayville is absolutely amazing and my nova even felt comfortable. They were so good with her!❤️
Took my sick cat here only because my vet couldn’t get us in until wks later. Went in on a Friday, had a UTI, was supposed to bring him back for a re-check that following Monday morning which I did, except at 5am I found him dead at the bottom of my stairs with my dog laying next to him. I will never bring another one of my animals to this clinic, Nor will I ever recommend them. A co-worker told me this clinic killed her bengal cat a month prior. I recently had to take my goat into Mayville for a trauma incident and they were the BEST. We had Desiree for our assistant and both Dr. Emilia and Dr. Ellie. What a triefecta of women in the veterinary industry! Dr. Ellie continued with the follow-ups and you can truly see her passion and commitment for the veterinary world. As first time goat owners, she never made me feel rushed, answering all of my questions and gave me tons of tips and advice. If anyone needs a vet for their goats, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Ellie!
