If I could give less than one star, I would. The management company that has taken over corridor crossing is awful. The past five years my mother has been to the hospital twice. Once this new company took over. She has been in the emergency room three times. They don’t have a RN on staff ever they never answer their phones. I was called and asked to buy my mother regular Vaseline for her chapped lips and wound care items for a wound on her chest. This place has been a blessing for my family. The staff goes above & beyond to truly care for your loved one. My Mom was in the memory care area & was treaded as if she were their Mom. They would give her hugs, kisses on the forehead or cheek & walk with her to keep her company & make her feel lived. I didn’t know how I was able to get my Mom to my wedding & the staff not only made sure she would be there (they took her), they got her dressed, put on her makeup & made sure her hair was styled perfectly for the pictures that ... read more

The staff at Corridor Crossing truly care for their residents. Their staff also has a lot of longevity, something you don’t see everyday at an assisted living or memory care. I refer my clients to Corridor Crossing often!

This place is so homey they got my dad moved into memory care and are taking wonderful care of him . We could not be happier with the treatment he gets . Big thanks to all the staff.
