Scheduler Megan is unattentive, lacks empathy, and has poor patient-hand skills. She makes no effort to help or solve problems. The office called with pre pre-recorded message at 1:30 on a Friday reminding me I needed to make an appointment. I immediately called and the office closes at 12:00! I called for the third time. And I was able to make an appointment, Megan did not disclose my appointment was NOT with a DM but a PA.
