Scheduler Megan is unattentive, lacks empathy, and has poor patient-hand skills. She makes no effort to help or solve problems. The office called with pre pre-recorded message at 1:30 on a Friday reminding me I needed to make an appointment. I immediately called and the office closes at 12:00! I called for the third time. And I was able to make an appointment, Megan did not disclose my appointment was NOT with a DM but a PA. Dr Patel was my rheumatologist in Winston-Salem. He's the best I've seen. I cannot recommend him enough.
Dr. Patel is kind and listens to your concerns. I feel like I’m being treated like family.
Dr. Patel use to be my Doctor in Kernersville and he is one of the best. He cares about his patients. When he left and asked me would I like to still remain his patient but it was further out I wish I took him up on that offer. So many of his patients been asking about him still on my Next Door app. Awesome Doctor.
